    Develop and apply spatial econometrics, geospatial tools, and AI-based models to understand how urban form and spatial inequality influence energy consumption and access.

    Provide analytical frameworks and policy recommendations that support inclusive, efficient, and climate-responsive urban development, especially in low- and middle-income countries.
